Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix rice, chicken broth, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.
