Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper, black olives, feta cheese, red onion, and parsley.
  4. Drizzle with Italian dressing; toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
