- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper, black olives, feta cheese, red onion, and parsley.
- Drizzle with Italian dressing; toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
