- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk and vanilla extract.
- Spoon half the batter into the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter in the pan.
- Top with the remaining batter and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
