Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk and vanilla extract.
  6. Spoon half the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter in the pan.
