- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the sugar, pumpkin puree, oil, and almond milk.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Can be served with vegan frosting for extra sweetness.
- Make sure to use pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
