Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, and milk until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese and layer tater tots on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
