- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 olives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and place an olive on top of each mushroom to resemble an eyeball.
Notes
- These stuffed mushrooms can be made a day ahead and baked before serving.
- Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
