- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Take a portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm.
- Place a small portion of cooked spaghetti and mozzarella cheese in the center, then fold the meat around it to form a ball.
- Repeat until all meat mixture is used.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
- For a spookier effect, use a food-safe black dye to color the meat mixture.
- These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen before cooking.
