- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper, fold and seal the edges with the beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the oil and let drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the filling.
- These egg rolls can be made in advance and frozen before frying.
