  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper, fold and seal the edges with the beaten egg.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from the oil and let drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the filling.
