- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, black pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
- In a separate skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Once the sausage is cooked, pour the honey garlic mixture over it and stir to combine.
- Combine roasted sweet potatoes and sausage mixture in a serving dish and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sausage mixture.
- You can substitute turkey sausage for a lighter option.
