Ingredients

- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce lavender syrup
- 1 egg white
- Lavender sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and egg white.
- Dry shake without ice for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lavender sprig.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less lavender syrup.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute gin with tonic water.
