- 1 cup pumpkin puree

- 1/2 cup streusel topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can incorporate chocolate chips into the batter.
- Serve with cream cheese frosting for a decadent twist.
