Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Cut the cinnamon roll dough into pieces and fold into the pumpkin mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with the icing from the cinnamon rolls.
