- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Add the macaroni, chicken broth, mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and let simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked.
- Stir in the milk and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Remove from heat and let sit for a minute to thicken.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables for extra nutrition.
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
