Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine chicken broth and lemon juice over medium heat; bring to a simmer.
- Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
