- 1 pound chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, stir to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, then add orzo.
- Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, or until orzo is tender.
- Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding mushrooms.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
