Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into fries and toss them with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Once cooked, remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle with cheese and turkey bacon.
  5. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Notes
