- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the potatoes into fries and toss them with Cajun seasoning.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle with cheese and turkey bacon.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, fry the potatoes instead of baking.
- Feel free to add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
