- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pecorino cheese, grated
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the pecorino cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat in the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest over medium heat. Stir until warmed through.
- Serve the baked chicken with the creamy lemon sauce drizzled on top.

- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the breadcrumb mixture.
