Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the egg, lemon curd, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Gradually add the cake mix and powdered sugar, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
