Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Fold in mixed berries gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
