- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in mixed berries gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
