Instructions

- Grill the shrimp over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In another bowl, mix diced avocado, corn, lime juice, and cilantro to make the corn salsa.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and remaining lime juice to create a creamy sauce.
- Assemble the bowl by placing grilled shrimp on a bed of corn salsa and drizzling creamy sauce on top.
