- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops and keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet.
- Once the butter has melted, drizzle the garlic butter over the pork chops before serving.

- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving for juicier meat.
- This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
