- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the beef bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add the halved baby potatoes and stir to combine.
- Cover the skillet and let cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
