- 4 ripe pears

- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the pears in half and remove the core.
- In a bowl, mix blue cheese, walnuts, honey, and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
- Stuff each pear half with the cheese mixture.
- Place pears in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
