Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  2. Soften rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds.
  3. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides over the filling and roll them tightly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the rangoons until golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
