- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Soften rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll them tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the rangoons until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of hot sauce to the filling.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
