Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, shrimp, scallops, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in a single layer over the sauce.
  7. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with additional mozzarella if desired.
