Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
- You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
