- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add flour, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until fully combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For an extra tangy flavor, add more lemon zest to the filling.
- Serve chilled for the best taste.
