Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the potatoes, chicken broth, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer.
- Cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and spinach, cooking until heated through.
- Serve warm.
