Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and Italian seasoning.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For an extra crunchy topping, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
