- 2 cod fillets
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the potatoes thinly and layer in a baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and rosemary, stirring until combined.
- Pour the cream sauce over the potatoes and gently place cod fillets on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cod is cooked and potatoes are tender.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top before baking.
- Can substitute cod with other white fish.
