Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 3 medium potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer in a baking dish.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and rosemary, stirring until combined.
  5. Pour the cream sauce over the potatoes and gently place cod fillets on top.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cod is cooked and potatoes are tender.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top before baking.
  • Can substitute cod with other white fish.
