Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and sauté until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for another minute.
- Add broccoli and beef broth; cover and steam for 5 minutes.
- Stir in sesame oil, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sliced bell peppers or onions.
- You can substitute chicken or tofu for the beef.
