Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and sauté until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for another minute.
  4. Add broccoli and beef broth; cover and steam for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in sesame oil, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sliced bell peppers or onions.
  • You can substitute chicken or tofu for the beef.
