Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in orzo and cook until tender.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
