- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and half the baby potatoes, and place them in a large bowl.
- Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the sausage to the bowl with the potatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to the oven until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
