Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and half the baby potatoes, and place them in a large bowl.

  4. Add the sausage to the bowl with the potatoes.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Return to the oven until cheese is melted.
