Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the loaf of bread in a grid pattern but do not cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff the cheese into the cuts of the bread.
  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
