- 1 loaf of bread or Italian bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the loaf of bread in a grid pattern but do not cut all the way through.
- Stuff the cheese into the cuts of the bread.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- Make sure to use fresh garlic for best flavor.
