Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and add the chicken broth.
- Simmer for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the chicken over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
