Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and mix with sugar and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add cream cheese, caramel sauce, and vanilla, mix until well combined.
  5. Pour over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
