- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and mix with sugar and eggs until smooth.
- Add cream cheese, caramel sauce, and vanilla, mix until well combined.
- Pour over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Top with extra caramel sauce before serving.
