- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into the bottom of the dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in chopped apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
