- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour half the brownie batter into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.
- Top with remaining brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth mixing.
