Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the brown sugar and butter together until light and fluffy.

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles.
- Place a small amount of fruit jam on half of the rectangles and top with the remaining dough pieces.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon.
