- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a caramel topping before serving.
- This cheesecake is best enjoyed chilled.
