- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, apple cider, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool with the oven door ajar.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add caramel sauce on top before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream for added indulgence.
