Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling in each circle, fold, and seal the edges.
  5. Heat a pan with oil and place dumplings, frying until the bottom is golden.
  6. Add water, cover, and steam until cooked through.
  7. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Make sure to seal the dumplings tightly to avoid leaks while cooking.
