- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in each circle, fold, and seal the edges.
- Heat a pan with oil and place dumplings, frying until the bottom is golden.
- Add water, cover, and steam until cooked through.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Make sure to seal the dumplings tightly to avoid leaks while cooking.
- You can substitute any vegetables based on your preference.
