Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, and water over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in mini marshmallows until melted.
- Let cool before transferring to a bottle.

- This syrup can be used in coffee, lattes, and even desserts.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar as desired.
