- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 large pizza crust
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Spread the tzatziki sauce over the pizza crust evenly.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken on top of the tzatziki sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
- Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives as toppings.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, and garnish with fresh dill before slicing.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some sliced jalapeños on top.
- Feel free to substitute the chicken with grilled vegetables for a vegetarian version.
